Designing Impact with LEGO Serious Play Workshop by HA Academy

Wondering how to scale your grassroots idea to reach thousands of people? In collaboration with HA Academy, we are thrilled to help our members drive impactful change through an Introduction to Design Thinking using LEGO® Serious Play®.

In this hands-on session, you will move from instinct to insight-building, sharing, and shaping a real initiative for your community. No prior experience is required. Just bring your ideas and your passion! Connect with likeminded individuals and discover how you can apply for our strategic track.

YP "Let's Talk" Focus Group Discussion on Social Cohesion & Social Mobility

Join us for an interactive focus group discussion centered on Social Cohesion & Social Mobility in Singapore. This dialogue creates a dedicated platform for young people to share perspectives on major socio-political issues, deliberate on national policy frameworks, and work together towards better communal decisions.

Engage directly with policy platforms and fellow change-makers in a collaborative ideation space designed to transform youth aspirations into actionable policy recommendations.

YP Brews & Views District Coffee Sessions: Inaugural Session (North West)

Young PAP Brews & Views invites young Singaporeans to join in an informal coffee chat with party leaders and activists, gathering views on issues that are close to the hearts of our youths.

LEVEL 2

YP Leaders

YP Young Leaders’ Programme

The Young PAP Young Leaders’ Programme prepares current and future YP chairpersons to lead a political movement with clarity, courage, and conviction. This is an introductory programme for new leaders that develops the individual across three core dimensions: self, team, and politics.

Self

Participants will deepen their sense of self-leadership. Through reflection and leadership frameworks, they will clarify their values, motivations, strengths, and purpose as political leaders.

Team

Participants will strengthen their ability to lead teams. They will learn to build trust, manage conflict, shape team culture, and mobilise volunteers with empathy, discipline, and resolve.

Politics

Participants will be grounded in the political work of leadership. They will develop a firm understanding of PAP’s policy foundations and the trade-offs behind public decisions. They will also be challenged to step beyond the familiar and walk the ground in an opposition ward, learning to listen seriously, engage respectfully, and carry our movement's convictions.

Next Steps

Applications are now officially open for emerging leaders within the youth wing movement. After graduating from the programme, you will serve as active mentors, directly supporting and steering the next generation batch of incoming leaders through this framework.

YP 40 Under 40 Fellowship

The Young PAP's 40 Under 40 Fellowship recognises and backs our most promising young leaders. Each year, the programme awards a cohort of outstanding youths who have shown initiative, responsibility, and real impact on the ground — and supports them in scaling their ideas for the community.

Emerging Leaders

For early stage leaders 18-25 years old who show strong initiative and responsibility.

Impactful Leaders

For leaders 26-40 years old with sustained, meaningful impact and measurable results.

We Back Them

$5000 in discretionary project funding for Branch and District-level events.

40 Across Singapore

40 young and outstanding leaders across Singapore to be awarded the fellowship in Cohort 2026.
